Omnira One

The way service companies grow in value has changed.

Today, buyers are acquiring service businesses. They unify the platforms and the data, tighten operations, and put AI and systems to work on revenue. That's how they grow EBITDA and what the company is worth.

We architect those systems at Omnira Partners, and we implement them with our sister firm, Omnira Systems. What we build is called Omnira One. It's for owners, acquirers, private equity firms and family offices.

    Today's playbook

What the best buyers do after they close.

It's the same playbook whether you're buying your fifth company or building your first one to last. Every step depends on systems that agree with each other.

    I

    Acquire

Buyers look for service businesses with steady, repeat customers. Buying the company is the easy part.

    II

    Unify

Next they bring the platforms and the data together, so every part of the company works from the same numbers.

    III

    Tighten

They get the work done the same way everywhere, and they stop paying for software nobody uses.

    IV

Put AI and systems to work on sales

Then AI and systems follow up on the quotes nobody signed, call past customers when they're due, and answer new leads right away.

Done well, that grows EBITDA and what the company is worth. You don't have to sell to run it, either. It works just as well for an owner who plans to keep the company.

    Omnira Signal

The next job and the next deal are in the public record.

Every week, public records show where work is about to happen and which companies are worth a look. A permit gets filed, a storm crosses your area, a lien is recorded or a building changes hands.

Omnira Signal reads thousands of data points across those records. It matches each one against what you sell and what you want to buy, then tells your team who to call. That puts you in the right place at the right time, and every match lands in the same record as the rest of your business.

    Signals that win jobs.

For the operators doing the work. Signal watches for the moment a job is about to exist and tells your team what to do about it.

How one signal becomes a win: signal, match, action, win.

    Signal

A new permit is filed at an address near work you've already done.

    Match

It's work you do, in a zip code you already serve.

    Action

Your team calls, texts or mails that address the same week.

    Win

You quote the job before the owner starts asking around.

Pick a signal to see its chain.

Signals that find your next company.

For acquirers, private equity firms, family offices and owners buying competitors. These signals point to companies that fit your buy box, and each one comes with a reason to call.

How one signal becomes a win: signal, match, action, win.

    Signal

A founder steps down as an officer, or a partner's name comes off the company's state filing.

    Match

The company fits your buy box: the trade, the region and the size you're after.

    Action

We open a conversation with the owner about where the company goes next.

    Win

You're talking with an owner whose company already fits what you want to buy.

Pick a signal to see its chain.

Every company you add joins the same back end.

When a signal turns into a company you buy, its customers, jobs and contracts move into the same record as the rest of the group. You see it on the same board view as every other company.

Then Signal starts finding jobs in the new company's territory too, so each add-on grows the group instead of adding one more system to manage.

Every match comes with the record behind it, so your team knows why it's calling before it picks up the phone.

    Monday morning

Picture Monday morning, ten years from now.

You know how most Mondays go. The office has questions only you can answer. A quote has been sitting in a tech's truck since Thursday. The books say one thing and the field software says another, so you check both yourself while the office waits on you.

Now picture the same Monday ten years out. If nothing changes, it looks just like this one, and you're still the one holding it together.

Owners who get out of that don't do it by working harder. They take a first step toward a business that runs without them, and they get every piece of the company into one system. Then your team works from the same numbers, and nobody has to ask you where something lives. The office follows up on every open estimate, calls past customers when they're due and answers new leads inside the hour.

    Where the hours go

Your software doesn't talk to itself.

Every system tells a different story.

Your field software says one number, your books say another and your CRM says a third. Somebody spends hours making them match, and a lot of weeks that somebody is you.

    You find out too late.

The quote nobody signed, the membership that lapsed, the invoice that slid past due. By the time it shows up on a report, the customer has hired someone else or stopped picking up.

A report can't make the call.

Most reports show you the problem and stop there. Someone still has to notice it, decide what to do and pick up the phone.

Before and after Omnira OneBefore: eight tools (field software, books, CRM, phones, spreadsheets, email, payroll and documents) sit apart, and people retype, copy and check numbers between them by hand. What Omnira One is

One record of your business, and Quinn to run it with you.

Omnira One gets your systems talking to each other. What they know lands in one record your company owns, and Quinn, our AI, works from it every day.

How Omnira One works, from your tools to the outcomesYour tools (field software, books, phones and calls, CRM and marketing, and documents) feed Omnira One. Inside it, Connect brings every tool into one database your company owns, and One record gives customer, job, quote and invoice one meaning. From that record come Today, the views by role; Quinn, which answers questions and sends the morning numbers; Watchers, which flag what needs attention; and a monthly report. Those add up to more profit, hours back and a company worth more.YOUR TOOLSField softwareJobber, Housecall ProBooksQuickBooks, Xero, SagePhones and callsCallRail, your linesCRM and marketingHubSpot, GoHighLevelDocumentsDrive, OneDrive, filesOmnira OneConnectEvery tool feeds one database you ownOne recordOne meaning for customer, job, quote, invoiceWHAT YOU SEETodayViews for the owner, office and salesQuinnAnswers questions, sends morning numbersWatchersFlags quotes, invoices, memberships, missed callsReportsA written reportevery monthWHAT IT ADDS UP TOMore profitEvery yearHours backFor you and the officeCompany valueGrows as the system learns the business

It gets better the longer it runs. Every month Omnira One knows more about how your company works, and that shows up in your profit now and in what the business is worth later.

    What your team sees

Here's what Omnira One looks like on a Monday.

These screens come from our HVAC demo. The company, the people and every number in them are samples.

The Today page of the Omnira One demo for a sample HVAC company. Three numbers sit at the top: booked in the last 7 days, replacement estimates open and membership net change over 30 days. On a wide screen, a list of alerts with Approve and Decline buttons sits below them, and the morning text from Quinn is on the right. Every figure is marked Sample.
TodayThe owner's morning view. Bookings over the last 7 days, open replacement quotes and the membership change over 30 days sit on top. Below them is what needs you, and nothing changes in your software until you say yes.
The Map page of the Omnira One demo, showing sample customers as clusters of pins around Dallas, Texas. On a wide screen, a list beside the map shows the customers in view with their town, system age, membership and lifetime value. On a phone, the list sits below the map.
MapEvery customer on a map, with today's calls as a second layer. The customer list changes as you move the map, and each pin opens the customer's record.
The People page of the Omnira One demo. On a wide screen, a table lists sample technicians with jobs done, revenue, average ticket, callbacks, memberships sold and reviews, with the team median in the first row and some numbers marked in red. On a phone, each technician gets a card with the same numbers.
PeopleHow each person on the team is doing. Every technician's jobs, revenue, average ticket and callbacks sit next to the team median, and red marks a number well off it.
A customer record in the Omnira One demo for a sample household. The lifetime value and a next step with Call and Ask Quinn buttons sit at the top. On a wide screen, a timeline below them lists permits, financing, a review, an estimate, a call and a repair, each tagged with its source system.
One customer recordOne customer, with six systems feeding one timeline. The next step is written at the top, and every line shows which system it came from.

    See it for your industry

Open the demo closest to your business.

Each demo is Omnira One set up for a sample company in that industry. The company, the people and every number are samples. Click around as much as you like. It runs in your browser, and nothing you do in it is saved.

    Built with your team

    Built around how you work.

Omnira One is fully customizable. Every page, number and alert is shaped with your team, and we keep working with them until it fits the way they like to work.

Every demo has a Make it yours panel. On your second call, we can change these with you while you watch.

    You choose:

    • Which pages show up, and which stay hidden.
    • The words on every page, like job, work order, matter or visit.
    • The numbers at the top of Today.
    • Who sees what. An owner sees everyone, a manager sees their team, and a technician sees their own work.
    • When the morning numbers arrive, and whether they come by text or email.

    The growth work

Then we use the record to win you more work.

A lot of data tools stop once they've shown you the problem. We keep going. Our team follows up on the quotes nobody signed, calls past customers who are due for service and answers new leads while your crew is out on jobs. All of it works from the same record.

    Past customers and old quotes

We go back to the customers you've already served and the quotes nobody signed. For a lot of owners, that's the fastest money in the business.

    Omnira Signal

Our market data for your area: new permits, licenses, liens and storm hits. Your team knows where demand is showing up, so it calls the right people first. The Signal section above shows how each one turns into a job or a deal.

    Speed to lead

New leads get an answer from a Quinn line right away, even when the whole crew is out on jobs. The good ones go straight to your team.

    Research on every lead

Your team gets the research with the lead: who they are, what the company does and any work you've done for them.

    Outbound growth

We build the list of customers you want, like property managers or commercial accounts, and reach out to them for you.

    Deal work

When you want to buy a competitor, raise capital or sell, this record is what a buyer or a lender wants to see. We do that work with you too.

The Omnira One stack, from data to outcomesOmnira One as four layers, from the bottom up. The data foundation: Connect, one record and a database your company owns. Intelligence on top of it: Quinn, Watchers, the Today views and a monthly report. The revenue engine on top of that: reactivation, Omnira Signal, speed to lead and outbound growth. At the top, the outcomes: profit added each year, hours back every week and a company worth more.OutcomesWhat the owner keepsProfit addedeach yearHours backevery weekA company worth moreRevenue engineThe growth work we runReactivationOmnira SignalSpeed to leadOutbound growthIntelligenceIt reads the record for youQuinnWatchersTodayMonthly reportData foundationYour tools, unifiedConnectOne recordA database you own
Read it from the bottom up. Each layer works from the one under it, so the growth work starts from numbers that agree.

    The return

Profit you can count, and value that keeps building.

We lead with two numbers: the profit Omnira One adds each year and the hours it gives back. Then there's the part that grows. Every month the system knows your company better, and over the long term that moves the bottom line and the valuation.

Where the return comes fromQuotes recovered, plus past customers brought back, plus hours saved, add up to profit added each year and your time back. Over time that profit, and a system that knows the business better every month, raise what the company is worth, because a buyer pays a multiple of profit.Quotes recoveredEstimates nobody signed, followed up and closedPast customers backReactivation of the listyou already ownHours savedNo retyping and nochasing numbers by handProfit added each yearplus your time backCompany valuegrows over the long termEvery month the system knowsthe business better.Profit counts every year, and a buyerpays a multiple of it.

    $105K

This is an estimate, not a promise. Your own numbers decide the real result. It runs in your browser, and nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere.

    How we calculate this
    • Your close rate on estimates goes up 5 points, from 40% to 45%. On 36 estimates a month at $6K each, that's $130K in added sales a year.
    • We reach 60% of your past customers, the ones we can text who haven't bought lately. We use our recent campaign results: 23.1% replied and 6.3% booked a job. Each job is worth your average job, so that's 181 jobs and $82K in sales. This part is conservative. Those rates came from a dormant list whose contact data was stale. Before we reach out to yours, we can refresh and enrich your list with our own open-source intelligence (OSINT) research. That usually means we reach more of the people on it.
    • We assume you keep 50% of each added sales dollar after the cost of doing the work. That's the profit in the first two bars.
    • We take 60% of those office hours off your plate. We value each hour at $35, over 50 weeks a year.
    • Your profit today is about $300K. At that size, a buyer typically pays about 4.5 times profit for a company like yours, so each added dollar of profit adds 4.5 dollars of value.
    • Clean numbers a buyer can check add 0.25 to that multiple, on today's profit plus the added profit. It's a separate bar, so you can leave it out.
    • It comes in lower when fewer past customers have a mobile number we can text, or when there's no offer to send. It also comes in lower when jobs are large and buyers take a long time to decide.

We have since turned it into a full operating system that sends job reminders, plans truck dispatch to save gas and time, manages invoices and payroll, runs follow-up campaigns on dormant customers, and finds and automatically bids on government and commercial contracts.

    What that decade covers.

Our team has owned these systems inside working companies, on the plant floor, in the warehouse and in the front office. We've answered for the numbers they put out, so we build yours the same way.

    • ERP rollouts and administration
    • Salesforce administration
    • Sales and revenue systems (CRM pipelines, outreach engines, follow-up automation)
    • Warehouse, order and inventory systems
    • KPI and reporting systems
    • Compliance tracking
    • Plant and facility operations
    • IT and networks

    How it starts

From the first call to your first morning numbers.

Live in 4 to 8 weeks. Your team keeps working in its own tools the whole time, and nothing switches off while we connect.

    I

    The Walkthrough

A free conversation about your business. We'll ask which software you run, where your customer list lives and what you'd like off your plate.

    II

    The map

During the Blueprint, we map which system holds which number and where they disagree. You see what connecting them takes before you commit to it.

    III

    Connect and turn on Quinn

We connect your systems into one record you own, set up the views for you and your team, and start your morning numbers.

    IV

    The growth work

We start the growth work, often by calling past customers and following up on the quotes nobody signed. We agree on the number each piece should move and review it with you every two weeks.

    Works with

Omnira One lives inside the tools you already use.

You don't have to switch anything. We connect the tools your team already runs on, and spreadsheets always count. If yours isn't here, ask us.

    We connect tools like these.

The full list of the tools we work with is on omnirasystems.com.

Product names belong to their owners. Omnira isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. How we connect depends on each tool's terms, and for some tools we work from exports and reports.

    Questions owners ask

Do I have to replace my software?

No. Omnira One works with the tools you run today, and your team keeps working in them. We connect what's already there.

    Who owns the data?

Your company does. Everything lands in a database your company owns.

    What does Quinn do?

Quinn answers questions about your business from your own numbers and files, sends your morning numbers and flags what needs attention. If something isn't in your data yet, ask Quinn, and our team gets it for you. There's no separate request form. Anything Quinn would change in your software waits for a yes from your team.

    What does it cost?

The Walkthrough is free. The Blueprint is $5,000, and all of it is credited to your setup. Setup runs $5,000 to $60,000, depending on how many systems you run and how messy the data is. Then Omnira One is from $3,500 a month, with no charge per user. Most companies are live in 4 to 8 weeks.

Do you work with healthcare practices?

Yes. Healthcare practices are on our list, along with professional services firms and the trades. We never use patient data in a demo or ask for it on a form.

I own more than one company. Does it work across all of them?

Yes. We move each company onto one shared back end, so the group works from one record and you get one board view. Our post-acquisition integration page explains how that works.

    Who builds it?

Omnira Partners architects it and leads the work. Our sister firm, Omnira Systems, implements it and runs it. You keep the same engagement lead the whole time, and the technical detail is on the Omnira Systems site.

    Start with your Walkthrough.
